Returns and Refunds Policy

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned in their original packaging

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Items not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as “non-returnable”

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing time: Typically 9–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

  • If the return is not due to a defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover all shipping costs.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please email [email protected]. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and its packaging (if applicable)

We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.


5. International Returns

If you are returning an order from outside the United States, please contact [email protected] for return instructions.
