1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST may begin processing on the same business day
- Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day
- Processing times may be extended during peak periods such as holidays or promotional events
- Processing time does not include shipping transit time
If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, international shipping is not available.
3. Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, orders are shipped using standard carriers such as USPS or UPS.
Estimated delivery time:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

4. Shipping Fees
- Flat rate shipping: $4.99 per order (U.S. only)
- Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation
5. Business Days
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including:

- Tracking number
Tracking information can be accessed via the carrier’s official website.
7. Delivery Issues
If a tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:
- Verify the shipping address provided at checkout
- Check with household members or neighbors
- Contact the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS or UPS)
