Shipping Policy

We offer domestic and international shipping from our U.S.-based warehouse. Please review the information below to understand our shipping process, timelines, and terms.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Processing time is typically 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

2. Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic (USA): Estimated delivery time is 3–4 business days after dispatch.
  • International: Estimated delivery time is 10–25 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs delays, severe weather, or carrier service disruptions.

3. Shipping Fees

We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders:

  • USA: $7.95
  • International: $11.95

Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice. Final fees are shown at checkout before confirming your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier’s system.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to certain countries due to legal or carrier limitations. Some products may also have shipping restrictions based on destination. If any part of your order cannot be shipped, we will contact you to arrange a solution.
